In November 2016, Andrésy Confitures took part in the inaugural edition of the CHEFS WORLD SUMMIT in Monaco. This trade show drew France’s leading prestigious, talented chefs, quality manufacturers and artisans, and culinary speakers, all gathered to celebrate French gastronomy.

Participants included members of the Collège Culinaire de France, proudly wearing badges bearing the association’s logo.

But what exactly is the Collège Culinaire de France?

It is an association made up of restaurants and high-quality producers and artisans. Each member is sponsored by an esteemed chef or a talented caterer.
