Why does your jam maker participate in the SIRHA of Lyon in September this year?

Every 2 years at the end of January is held in Lyon the International exhibition of the restoration of the hotel trade and the food of Lyon which we all call: SIRHA.

Created 30 years ago on the grounds of the renowned starred chef Paul BOCUSE, a great ambassador of French gastronomy, the SIRHA in Lyon is a must-attend event for all those involved in French gastronomy. It is an international reference for the French culinary art because the craftsmen and manufacturers of the hexagon, the chefs and pastry cooks of all the continents gather there around the contest of Bocuse d’Or.

Obviously, with the recent crisis, the SIRHA, like other trade shows, had to cancel this traditional January meeting and postpone it to a less troubled period for the safety of all.

That’s why we will have the pleasure of returning to you in September this year, in Lyon, stand G2A18.

What can you expect this year on your stand at the SIRHA in Lyon?

Do you know that Andrésy Confitures has been participating in the SIRHA in Lyon for more than 20 years?

We have made it an appointment for the presentation of our original or traditional recipes, born from our expertise in the cooking and the manufacturing of jams, fruit preparations, compotes and other gourmet recipes.

This year again, from 23 to 27 September, stand G2A18, we have some surprises in store for you!

Of course you will find on our stand all our delicious recipes cooked in the old way in cauldrons, in specific formats for shops and delicatessens and also in individual formats for hotels.

Our historical collections have always reserved pleasant and succulent surprises for you when you pass by our stand, haven’t they?

This year again the surprises will be there! Because for Andrésy Confitures, these last months were moments of listening, reflection and study of the emergent needs of the customers of all sectors: hotels and delicatessens, big brands, of France or in the international.

Then obviously our creativity was awakened with a single goal: to source the best of nature to offer you the excellence of our know-how!
