Andrésy Confitures launches its new organic range, Andrésy Gourmet bio, aimed at the high-end hotel sector.

Currently the experts in creating high-end preserves, Andrésy Confitures is the leading specialist in tailor-made, on-demand products. This expertise comes to the fore once again through the development of its new range of organic recipes, Andrésy Gourmet Bio, that are faithful to the core values of the company, which include innovation coupled with a use of techniques that respect nature. Containing a minimum of 60% fruit and created using cane sugar in traditional copper pots, these Andrésy Gourmet Bio preserves have a lower concentration of sugar than traditional conventional preserves (just 48% compared with 61% in traditional Andrésy recipes).
This new range provides hoteliers with an original and surprising offer, with varieties featuring blends of subtle flavours that range from classic recipes and single-fruit preserves all the way to brand new flavours and even organic honey. This new range is available in both 350g jars for buffets and delicatessens and in a 25g format designed to be served at the breakfast table and for room service:
– 350g varieties: apricot, strawberry, raspberry, myrtle, orange, peach-mango and organic acacia honey;- 350g varieties: apricot, strawberry, raspberry, myrtle, orange, peach-mango and organic acacia honey;
– 25g varieties: apricot-orange, strawberry-raspberry, fig-blackcurrant, peach-mango and organic acacia honey.
